ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us right away if there are any issues with your order. If an order has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund 100% of your order no problem. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our industry, and the fact that we are just a small family-owned business, we cannot absorb the cost of returns. We also do not resell returned items. All returns are sent back to our distributors or manufacturers. All returns must be brand new, unopened, unused. Return shipping costs are responsible of the customer as well.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In order to reduce the chances of returns, please contact us if you have any questions. We are more than happy to help.

SHIPPING

All orders ship free within the 48 continental United States. Please contact us for international shipping quotes. Most products shown on our website are either in stock locally or in stock at our distributor warehouses. We strive to ship most products within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you right away. 

Orders over $300 will ship via Signature Required. Unfortunately, due to online order scams, we cannot make any exceptions on Signature Required.
